Purchasing conditions

To access the purchasing platform and be able to place and manage orders, you must use a username and password or provide delivery and billing information through the form. Prices include VAT. The language used by the company will be Spanish.

The company guarantees to deliver the goods within a maximum period of 72 hours.

The products served have a guarantee established in each case by the manufacturer.

Refunds or exchanges

Any defect or deterioration that you may notice in the goods transported, must be reported to the carrier, making the appropriate claim in the act of receiving the goods.

IN ANY CASE, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE PRODUCTS HAVE NOT BEEN UNPACKED OR UNSEALED. THE PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND SEALS. OTHERWISE, THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. THE RETURN EXPENSES WILL BE ASSUMED BY THE CUSTOMER. IN NO CASE WILL BE ADMITTED IN ANY CASE, RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE OR CLAIMS ON THEM, AFTER 14 DAYS FROM RECEIPT.

There are complaint forms available to the consumer and user. If you wish, you can request them at info@discfactory.es.

In case of discrepancy, cancellation or disagreement, you must inform us, in writing, at the following e-mail address: info@discfactory.es within a maximum period of 14 days, counting from the date on which the purchase has been received with the following data:

Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Article 103. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:

  1. The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment by him that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
  2. The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
  3. The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
  4. The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  5. The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed after delivery.
  6. The supply of goods which after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
  7. The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed at the time of concluding the sales contract and which cannot be delivered within 30 days, and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur’s control.
  8. Contracts in which the consumer and user has specifically requested the trader to visit him for urgent repair or maintenance operations; if, during such a visit, the trader provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than spare parts necessarily used to carry out the maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal should apply to such additional services or goods.
  9. The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
  10. The supply of daily newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
  11. Contracts concluded by means of public auctions.
  12. The supply of accommodation services for purposes other than the provision of housing, transportation of goods, car rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
  13. The supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium when the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on his part that he consequently loses his right of withdrawal.
